Filling in the Gaps of Your Life & Recognizing What Matters
Have you ever found yourself making goals for your life or health because of things you “should” be doing? Last week we worked on rating and ranking specific life areas so you could recognize what mattered most to you and where the greatest gaps were so that you can decide which ones matter most right now to address.
A funny thing that often comes up in our health coaching is LAUNDRY! What?! In a health coaching program? Yep because it’s a daunting task that never ends. Believe it or not, that daunting task could be affecting how you show up for your health. In today’s episode, we talk about looking at these areas and deciding if they are something that actually is of importance to you and why, or if it’s just another to-do that you don’t want to do.
We will walk you through the process of seeing which life areas are of most value to you to start making a shift, and how impacting one can lead to a spiral effect of combatting the rest. It’s how we take healthy goal setting from a grudging task to something that aligns with you and you want to commit.
