Hi, we’re Tracy Hill & Jessica Midkiff

We’re Doctors of Physical Therapy, and we’re a little science-obsessed, but we keep it practical.

Between us, we’ve spent decades working in traditional clinical settings. Over time, we kept seeing the same thing happen.

People would come in with pain, get a few exercises, maybe feel a bit better, and then be left to figure things out on their own.

No real plan. No ongoing support. No clear way forward.

At some point, that stopped sitting right with both of us.

Before we ever worked together, we had each stepped away from that model and started building something different.

When we connected over 6 years ago, it was clear we were trying to solve the same problem in our own ways.

So we decided to build something better together.

Why we do things differently

We’re not here to just help you get out of pain.

We’re here to help you build a body that actually supports your life.

That means looking beyond symptoms and understanding how your body moves, what your life demands, and what is realistic for you to stay consistent with.

A different approach to physical therapy

We don’t just focus on where it hurts.

We look at the bigger picture, how your whole body works, how your routines affect it, and what will help you keep moving forward long term.

That means:

  • Treating the whole person, not just one area
  • Building strength for real life, not perfect conditions
  • Adjusting as your body and life change
  • Helping you understand what to do, not just telling you what to do

Who we work with

We work with people who want to feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies again.

That includes:

  • People dealing with pain or recurring issues
  • Women who do not feel like themselves after having a baby
  • People who used to be active, but work, kids, and family responsibilities took over and it slowly stopped happening
  • People who want to stay active without their body holding them back

Where we work

We’re based in Phoenix, Arizona, and work with clients both in person and around the world via Zoom.
