Your Health As a Marathon

We had the honor of coaching our dear friends through a marathon recently and it brought up so many emotions, challenges, adjustments and every other road block.  It made us think about how this is exactly how our health journey is and how there are SO many things that try to stop you from being consistent!

In this episode we talk roadblocks and how to combat them to still stay consistent, but not feel like you have to get motivated or force yourself into a particular program.  It is about empowering you to keep going and feel successful through ANY obstacle.

We know consistency keeps so many people from achieving their goals.  If this is you, our Hardwired for Health Coaching program is open now!  Make sure to drop us an email at [email protected] so we can schedule a time to make sure the investment is right for you.

Thanks for tuning in for another episode!  We want to get to know you!  Let’s connect!  Make sure to join our Facebook Community Hardwired For Health to continue the conversation or on Instagram bejourneystrong or Tracy’s Instagram movement.warrior to learn if our Neuro-Hacking Health Success Method is right for you!  You can also directly message us at [email protected] if you’re ready to take the plunge into our custom 1:1 coaching programs.  And, if you got some value from this, we want to hear about it, share it with a friend and write a review!  It’s how more people will get this valuable message!  Have questions about how we can serve you in your unique health journey?  Make sure to schedule your Free Health Discovery Call where we’ll chat about your specific needs.

Tracy loves Butcher Box for her meat.  Delivered to the door (total win!) and grass fed, grass finished meat, humanely raised has allowed her to be more consistent (do we hear a consistent theme?!) with dinner planning AND end up saving money in the long run.

Jess has discovered a new eyelash serum that has allowed her to feel beautiful (hey, feeling beautiful matters to your health) and improved her light and thin lashes into something she feels proud of.
