It’s easy to feel alone in your health journey wondering why you’re the only one who struggles. The brain wants to keep you stuck and lonely because it feels safer that way.

We will discuss how even when you know all the right things to do, you might not be doing them because you don’t feel the progress. An outside community of coaches, friends and supportive group allows you to see the progress that you might not see. And when you see progress, you will be more likely to keep going and staying consistent.
