Hi, we’re Tracy Hill & Jessica Midkiff! We’re a little science-obsessed, but we keep it practical.

With decades of combined experience as Doctors of Physical Therapy, we’ve worked in traditional clinic settings and saw the same problem over and over again.

People were given short-term solutions, a few exercises, and then left to figure things out on their own.

Before we ever worked together, we had both stepped away from that model.

We wanted to do more. To actually help people move forward, not just get temporary relief.

After running our own practices, we came together over 6 years ago to build something different.

Now, we help people bridge the gap between rehab and performance.
