  • Movement Assessment Plan (MAP):  Initial Evaluation assessing how your entire body moves in all 3 planes of motion, looking at how all your strengths, challenges or limitations all work together.  We start connecting the dots of your body and peel the layers away to get to the root of YOUR limitations.
  • 6 TOTAL Sessions online or In person with continual exercise adjustments and plan modifications based on how your body SHIFTS or what TWISTS come into your life.

What does BEST™ Mean?

  • Your body is designed to move in 3 planes of motion.  (Bendy-Extendy, Shifty, Twisty).  We look at ALL the planes of motion, assess your functional movement patterns, see how all your body parts are working (or not working) together).  We create a treatment approach with all these planes in mind.  We determine the possibilities of movements you do in your activity, sport or life that might cause challenges for you & teach you how to do them effectively, efficiently and safely.
  • We always factor in YOU as a person and ALL the factors that might be playing a role in your limitations of the body.  Of course, there are physical limitations, but we also look at the other forces and stressors that keep you from moving, feeling and living BEST™ in your body. 
  • This means BENDING the expectations of what it "should" be, what you "should" be able to do (we're not promising you your 20-year old body.  We're giving you your BEST™ body at whatever age your in). 
  • We give you permission to EXTEND grace when the journey doesn't go as you wanted it to go.
  • We SHIFT the plan constantly based on your needs, goals, challenges or life demands.
